I havn't tried yet so I don't know if the cal screw which can be seen in a photo is corroded(I don't believe it is) This item weighs approximately 181 lbs alone without pallet. The scale is currently reading slightly off however I will try to calibrate it before being sold. The scale comes with 1K worth of counter weights and can weigh up to 1000 Lbs.
